30% of the payment for all orders should be made before production, and 70% of the final payment should be made before shipment.

The delivery time is approximately 60 days after payment.

Each product is covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of shipment. Misuse, human damage, or structural modification of the product are not covered by this warranty.

If your furniture is partially damaged upon arrival, please notify us as soon as possible and attach photos of the damage. Our team will evaluate the issue and arrange appropriate solutions based on our delivery and warranty processes.
