Pod Layout (Cluster of 4): Four single desks or two double desks are joined to form a square, suitable for English speaking, STEAM courses, or group discussions.

70% Reconfigurable Desks + 30% Single Desks. Reconfigurable desks are used in the main classroom, and single desks are used in one-on-one tutoring rooms.

Defending Against Humidity & Salt Spray

Upgraded Raw Materials: The steel frame uses 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel pipes instead of ordinary iron pipes.

Surface Treatment: Utilizes a “Triple-layer Electrostatic Powder Coating.” The bottom layer is a zinc phosphate coating (rust prevention), the middle layer is epoxy resin (adhesion), and the top layer is polyester (UV resistance). Result: Even in coastal cities with high salt spray (such as Singapore and Miami), it guarantees 10 years without rusting or peeling.

Board Protection: The tabletop uses E0-grade moisture-resistant MDF board, with PP one-time injection molding edging. This process completely isolates the board from moisture in the air, preventing it from absorbing water and swelling. It will not be damaged even when cleaning the floor with a wet mop.

Withstanding Extreme Heat

Seat Back Panel: Made of food-grade polypropylene. Compared to ordinary recycled plastics, PP material has an extremely high heat deflection temperature, and will not soften or collapse in hot classrooms exceeding 60°C.

Coating Process: Utilizes high-temperature curing thermosetting powder coating. Unlike ordinary paint, this coating is cured at 200°C, forming a network cross-linked structure. It not only resists high temperatures but also has self-cleaning properties; chalk dust and stains are easily wiped away, and it does not fade under strong sunlight.

Structural stability: All adjusting screws and hooks are made of stainless steel or chrome-plated to ensure they remain tight and do not loosen during high-temperature expansion and contraction cycles.

• Adjustability = Long Lifespan: Our screw-lift and hand-crank-lift systems (such as the SY-302 series) allow a desk to accompany students from first grade to twelfth grade. This translates to a 70% reduction in furniture replacement frequency and landfill waste.

• Modular Repair: The desktop, bookcase, and legs can all be individually disassembled and replaced. In case of partial damage, the entire desk doesn’t need to be scrapped; only the parts need to be replaced, significantly reducing maintenance costs and resource waste for schools.

• The steel frame is 100% recyclable. At the end of the product’s lifespan, the steel can be melted down and remanufactured, giving it a new life.
